On 5/21/21 and 5/28/21, Manhasset AYLUS members organized an AYLUS community garden. At Clark botanic garden we were allotted plot number 14 so that we could begin gardening on 5/21/21. We planted sunflower seeds and other vegetables, along with other flowers to keep the garden alive and healthy.
Note: Gavin brought two of his friends from his grade, but they are not members of AYLUS Manhasset.
The following members participated in this 2 hour gardening event: Gavin Cao, Loretta Liu, Benjamin Yang, and Matthew Yang. We hope that this garden brings joy and happiness to us, as well as serving the community!
