On April 3, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. The session began with a set that included exercises such as jumping jacks, pencil jacks, burpees, high knees, wall sit, etc. After a minute to two minutes of break, the set was repeated in reverse. Next, instructors led a lug pulse set to the beat of a song by pulsing 16 times on each side, 8 times, 4 times, 2 times, then finally pulsing one time per side. Lastly, participants followed AYLUS instructors through a crunch set to the song 1-2-3. Participating AYLUS instructors were Nicole and Isabella Wu. The session lasted for 30 minutes.
