Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#59) on March 3

On March 3, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise sessions. Participants first began with a quick warmup consisting of lateral squats, mountain climbers, and plank jacks. Then instructors led participants through two main workout sets. The first one mixed cardio with some abs such as jump squats and bridge ups, while the second one was an ab set that targeted their core through exercises such as v ups and russian twists. This set was repeated three times with breaks in between. The session lasted 30 minutes. Participating members were Jialu Liu, Elliott Yeh, Nicole Wu, and Isabellu Wu.
