On January 31st, Harris tutored math to both Eric and Fiona. They:
-reviewed different units of measurement
-worked on problems that involved converting units into other units (cups to pints, yards to miles, etc)
-worked on word problems
-completed chapter 9 test

On February 7th, Harris tutored math to both Eric and Fiona. They:
-learned about parts out of a whole
-learned about writing parts as a fraction
-compared fractions with similar denominators (e.g. 3/5 > 2/5)
-worked the first half of a worksheet involving the material learned

On February 13th, Harris tutored math to both Erica. They:
-reviewed fractions
-learned how to convert decimals into fractions
-learned about equivalent fractions
-compared fractions with different denominators (e.g. 3/5 > 1/2)
-worked the second half of a worksheet involving the material learned

On February 14th, Harris tutored math to both Eric and Fiona. They:
-learned how to covert improper fractions into mixed numbers
-learned how to covert mixed numbers into improper fractions
-learned about simplest form, and how to simplify fractions
-plotted fractions onto a number line
-worked the practice problems

On January 30th, Eunice Yuri Yi and Alice Situ learned area of triangle, volume, converting fractions into decimals, adding dividing multiplying decimals, and practiced long division.
On Monday February 8, Kerry Zhao tutored Joseph Zhao and Eric Chen. I showed and explained how to do several challenge problems from the Beast Academy 5A book. We covered how to solve simple systems of equations.(1 hr)
On Saturday February 13, Kerry Zhao tutored Joseph Zhao and Eric Chen with the Beast Academy 5A book again. He explained a few more challenge problems from the book with systems of equations. Then, He taught them how to find the areas of triangles and circles.(1.1 hrs)
Alan Cheng tutored Vedder math about multiplication and addition of fractions on February 15th.
