AYLUS Lake Washington Helps Local Government Clear Invasive Species on 1/27/21

On January the 27th, 2020, Members of the AYLUS Lake Washington Branch helped the local government clear a section of a park infested with Himalayan Blackberry, a highly invasive species. The area was extremely overgrown and in dire need of clearing. The land is located near to the community library, and clearing it will help improve the local scenery while also helping native plants and wildlife flourish. The event lasted from 12-3 PM.
