On January 6, AYLUS Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. First, instructors led participants through a short leg warmup consisting of squats and lunges. Next, participants followed through an ab set of burpees sit ups, mountain climbers, plants, etc. The set was done 3 times with 1 minute of break in between. To conclude, instructors ended on a slower paced set consisting of forward/backward small and big arm circles. The session lasted 30 minutes. Participating members were Jialu Liu and Elliott Yeh.
