On December 20, the Sugar Land Branch started a project to assist the City of Sugar Land Parks and Recreation Department in providing landscaping for a new road connecting the Memorial and Brazos River Parks. Members received seeds from the city, after which they planted and watered them in small containers at home.
The participating members were Albon Wu, Yijia Jiang, Angela Wang, Tong Wang, Nicole Wu, Isabella Wu, Amy Liu, Runyan Zhou, Ethan Li, Andrew Lian, Daniel Trinh, Grace Trinh, Ray Tian, Fiona Qiao, Sherry Huang, and Shaopan Gao.
