In the Greater Seattle Area, COVID-19 has greatly affected many of the homeless community. With a harsh winter coming our way, we decided to take action and provide for those in need.
On December 4th, 2020, AYLUS Snoqualmie President Angie Zhu collectively brings 30+ non-perishables donated from generous community members to Tent City 4.
We contacted Tent City 4, who noted that members of the community rarely receive fruit in meals prepared by volunteers. The non-perishables we brought to Tent City included individually packaged dried fruits, apple sauces, and more.
