On October 14, Sugar Land Branch Continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home program. The session aimed to help participants work on their full body. Instructors led participants through a full body set consisting of burpees, bicep curls, mt climbers, pushups, high knees, shoulder raises, jumping backs, and tricep dips. Next, they strengthened their core with leg raises, bridge ups, and streamline hold. Then, they workout their arms through arm circles. Following, they concluded by holding calf raises on both legs. The session lasted for 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members were Jialu Liu and Elliott Yeh.
