Today on 9/12/2020, AYLUS Williamsville volunteers went to FeedMore WNYEa to help sort and pack food. We completed meal kits for tuna and chicken, each contaning milk, canned green beans, canned oranges, tuna or chicken, two snack bars, and boxed mac and cheese. AYLUS volunteers helped bag and pack the materials, label and tape boxes, write labels, and properly dispose of waste. Each box holds 3 meals to be distributed to poor and starving people in Western New York. AYLUS Williamsville completed 3 pallets of tuna meals, each holding 48 boxes, and 2 pallets of chicken meals, each also holding 48 boxes. In total, this is 720 meals being distributed to 240 people across WNY.
