East Cobb Branch made cards and crafts for workers and seniors of local Senior Centers

On September 7th, 10 members of the East Cobb Branch made cards and crafts for workers and seniors of local Senior Centers.
Because of the pandemic, members were not able to visit the local senior centers to perform music as their monthly routine. Members wanted to do something special for the seniors and the workers because of the holiday, so members decided to use their artistic talents in another way.
Members wrote cards wishing the seniors well, and they wrote cards thanking the workers at the senior centers for their hard and diligent work during this time. Members also made posters for the senior centers wishing everyone a happy Labor Day. Members then dropped of the cards and crafts at the senior centers the day of Labor Day.
Workers were joyed to see the pleasant surprise the members brought to them. Members felt great knowing that they can still to something nice for the community despite the need for social distancing.

Participants:  Maxwell Jiang (2.5 hours), Faith Huang (1.5 hours), Richard Huang (1.5 hours), Emilie Cam (2.5 hours), Katherine Sha (4 hours). Matthew Sha (1.5 hours), Brian Kuang (1 hour), Cynthia Ruan (4 hours),  Susanna Huang (1 hour), Selina Huang (1 hours)
