On September 5, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. Participants first followed along for a cardio warm-up to get their blood pumping. Next, instructors lead participants through leg and calf strengthening exercises, the frying fish movement, and lastly a leg raise exercise to the beat of the music. The session lasted for 30 minutes and there were 10 participants. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
