Jericho Branch Helps Clean Up Garbage at West Shore Road on July 25, 2020

On July 25, 2020, members of the Jericho Branch took part in a cleanup of West Shore Road hosted by the Friends of the Bay organization. The members endured sweltering heat as they traveled along the lengthy pathway of the West Shore Road. Nonetheless, they persisted and succeeded in collecting a whole assortment of garbage, ranging from cigarettes to beer cans. Recyclable items were separated from the rest of the trash, and the garbage collected were safely disposed of to protect the environment. The Jericho Branch was glad to take part in preserving the environment and beauty of the West Shore Road.
