East Cobb Branch Partnered With Marietta Maker Station To Assemble Shield Mask X

On July 17th, 2020, the AYLUS East Cobb Branch continued their partnership with the local volunteer group The Maker Station at Marietta to assemble and package the much-needed face shields for the various public services in Cobb County.

Six members volunteered that day and were split into pairs to two different tasks. Gary and Sean cleaned and packaged the face shields while Jay, Brian, and Larry assembled the facial shields. Kevin placed the packaged facial shields into boxed and marked the number of face shields in each box.

After hours of work, the six members assembled hundreds of face shields and packaged all of them.
