The delivery was done in partnership with the Western New York Chinese Chamber of Commerce. Three AYLUS members were there, and assisted with the packaging, delivery, and distribution of the food to staff of the DeGraff Memorial Hospital. There were two types of meals delivered. Each meal contained one egg roll, a serving of rice, sauteed green beans, and either Chinese style beef w/ potatoes or chicken w/ broccoli. These meals were packaged into boxes to be delivered to DeGraff Memorial Hospital in three separate vehicles provided by the WNYCCC. The food was provided by Miss Hot Cafe.
