Greater Princeton AYLUS Donated 1400 KN95 Masks to Protect U.S. Health Care Personnel on March 23, 2020

On March 23, 2020, the Greater Princeton branch of AYLUS (GPA) reached out to multiple health care facilities and donated KN95 masks that GPA purchased just a day ago. Thanks to the amazing support from the New Jersey Chinese Communities, esp. HXPCS and CJCAA!

The deadly coronavirus outbreak continues to spread, with thousands of cases now confirmed even deaths in New Jersey. As the number of cases grows despite increasingly strict quarantine measures, the U.S. health care workers especially doctors and nurses and EMS squad volunteers really need quality personal protective equipment, e.g., N95 masks.

GPA donated 1400 KN95 masks to the Princeton Medical Center (n=1000), Montgomery EMS (n=100), Planned Parenthood (n=100), Plainsboro Rescue Squad (n=100), and JFK Medical Center in Edison (n=100). GPA wants to make sure the medical personnel there can continue providing health and urgent care services to our community.

Save A Life, Go AYLUS!

Participants: Sam Mao (4 hours), Danny Jiao (8 hours), Emma Sun, Ella Sun, and Cassie Tammy Wang.
