On May 18, the Miami Branch held its fifth performance of the year for the local seniors of the Heartland Health Care Center. Hosted by co-president Lindsey Yang, the show consisted of piano and singing acts, all of which were warmly received by the seniors.
The performance included solos on piano by Joyce Li, Tong Jing, Luke Yang, and Lindsey Yang, as well as a piano duet by James and Eric Kuo. Additionally, Lucia Huang sang two solo pieces while playing the piano.
The seniors were extremely appreciative of the show and were sad to see the performers go. However, they need not be sad for long, for the Miami Branch will be back next month with another program for them to enjoy!
