Edison Branch Serviced at New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home

The AYLUS Edison Branch conducted the regular community service activity at New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home on Nov.25th, 2018. Victoria He, Xin Chen, Prince Hu, Angela Hu, Qin Zhang, Li Zhang and Anmei Deng went to the Veterans Memorial Home at noon. They brought some gifts and thanks cards to the veterans. They talked with the seniors about the news about the holiday, expressed the gratitude thinking, shared the happiness of life. They transported the disabled seniors to the town square before “MUSIC PERFORMANCE: Tower Carolers and Senior Moments” started. To the rhythm of old songs, they swung the arms with the seniors and danced together. The seniors were so happy that they all sang the old songs together with the music. Finally they transported the seniors back respectively. Anmei Deng was responsible for taking pictures during the afternoon. The AYLUS Edison Branch are proud to shared the old songs and appreciate the spirit of the past.
