East Cobb Members Attended 3-Day Making Lunch For Kids Program

Apr 02 – Apr 04 of 2018, East Cobb members participated 3-day Making Lunch for Kids at Cobb program during the spring break.

Team members followed the nutrition menu code from the school district, they make sandwich such as peanut butter jelly, turkey ham, vegetable flavors for over 40 kids per day who are from low-income, and qualify to free lunch during school days. Our students took the whole process with packing well-balanced, child-friendly meals, with snacks, fruit, bottle water into a lunch bag. They helped to load meal packages on to bus, and distributed at the assigned apartment complex.

The members who participated were Daniel Shu(7.5 hrs), Michael Fu(5 hrs), Hiroki Sato(7.5 hrs), Russel Emerine(5 hrs).
