On Sunday, December 10th, AYLUS Chapel Hill dedicated their time to volunteer at PORCH, a local hunger relief organization. Luna took on the role of a greeter, assisting in unloading and transporting donated goods from cars to the sorting area inside the building. Despite challenging weather conditions with heavy rains and strong winds, we persevered and worked diligently. Meanwhile, Hongyan and Yi worked as food sorters. With the holiday season prompting a surge in food donations, our community saw a significant increase in contributions. We felt a sense of accomplishment and pride for actively contributing to the cause of helping others during this special time of the year.
