On September 9th, 2023, members of AYLUS’ Basking Ridge branch held their weekly iPad Club meeting at the Fellowship Village. Members helped seniors learn to delete a lot of emails at the same time, how to use and navigate facebook, and also helped seniors figure out how to underline words in google docs. Members had also helped seniors learn how to access google docs, and youtube, and also learn how to use the home button on a samsung phone and etc.
Bert, the staff member in charge, specifically came to let AYLUS members know how 3 residents had approached her to compliment the iPad Club. Not only did residents praise members’ skills with technology, they were also grateful for the patience and kindness AYLUS members showed when working through technological problems.
