On August 21st, 2023, Murrieta AYLUS members cleaned up their adopted park.
Members started at the playground before walking around the lawn. Members found a lot of candy wrappers stuck in bushes, cups, pencils, little gadgets, and more. They were careful while looking for trash, looking into the bushes and below the benches, as to not miss any. After going around the lawn, they went on the lawn, which was fairly clean, to look for trash. Then they looked around the playground before walking around the parking lot, where found many bottles and some broken glass. To finish their cleanup, members walked around the outside of the park before disposing of their trash. Member reported to city of the pallet dumped at the park.
