On 07/08/23, AYLUS-Columbus volunteered at the Dublin Giving Garden. They weeded the vegetable beds and flower baskets, as well as the area immediately around the garden fence, alongside picking dead plants that were turning brown; which were placed into provided lawn bags.
The volunteers also harvested yellow and green peppers and basil leaves. Their advisor, Dakun, dropped off the harvests to the Dublin Food Pantry.
It rained heavily the previous day. Therefore, they did not water the vegetables and flowers within the garden, as they looked well hydrated.
