On the 12th and 13th of June 2023, AYLUS Pearland worked with summer school students
at Ed White Elementary. The volunteers were dispersed across classrooms and assisted
instructors by answering students’ questions and clarifying confusing chunks of the course
to confounded children. Students at Ed White were well-behaved and enjoyable to work
with. With the help of volunteers, their learning was accelerated, and the experience richly
rewarded them by improving their education.
