On May 27th, 2023, AYLUS Pearland volunteers set up a fundraising stand by Jeremiah’s Italian
Ice to raise funds for school clubs and organizations. Volunteers offered balloon animals, face
painting, and origami figures for sale, made by and provided for by the volunteers themselves.
They also decorated the chalkboard sign used to promote the fundraiser. Volunteers would also
give out samples of the balloons and instruct those who wished to learn how to make balloon
animals.
