On April 15th, 2023, six members of the AYLUS Main Line Branch met at Tredyffrin Library to prepare for their upcoming book drive in May. They designed two posters, a sign for advertising the book drive, and a poster that established the branch’s presence in the community and general guidelines for donation items. During the meeting, they determined the ways to promote the book drive in their network and planned to provide the donation bins in several locations. They also discussed the possibility to obtain a permission from the local parks for starting a little free library. In addition, they brainstormed incentives for fundraising, such as offering complimentary lemonade or brownie sale in the book drive event.
