This week, our branch was notified of an overwhelming need for volunteers. It was Thursday and no one had signed up to come help at out the local food pantry to load wagons and bring food to people.
In response to this need, we contacted the Edison and Basking Ridge Branches to bring people to help out.
Volunteers were able to learn the importance of coming together as a community in order to get something done, and participate in helping those in need.
Many thanks to everyone who came out to help in this time of need!
