On January 22, 2023, the AYLUS San Diego Branch members went to the city center, Balboa Park to volunteer at the Lunar New Year Celebration event from 13:30 PM to 17:00 PM. 4 AYLUS members attended and 3 members pariticipated in the whole process at stations where volunteers helped to distribute holiday gifts, interact with local citizens and introduce Chinese cultures to them. Through the event, AYLUS members gain valuable experience in social interaction with local communites, strengthen the Chinese social impact and provide entertainment to people from all communities.
