Members of AYLUS Syosset participated in the AYLUS National Essay Writing Contest, an event sponsored by the Greater Princeton branch of AYLUS. Members are extremely appreciative of the opportunity to win a scholarship of up to $1,000.
Volunteering something that we hold important to ourselves and our identity–to reflect on our feats and appreciate how it is to give back to our community, taking time to express these experiences through literature is a great way to understand how our work has been able to make our community better and to inspire others.
