Columbus Branch made and donated paper pumpkins for a local non-profit, CICC, for its fundraising event on Oct 14, 2022

In October, AYLUS members helped making crafts for a fundraising event by a local non-profit organization, CICC (Columbus International Children’s Choir). They made and donated 35 paper pumpkins to be used as center piece for the fundraising dinner on 11/05. Between the 35 and the more than 70 they made in 2019, there are enough for the 25 tables for the 2022 dinner event. The non-profit’s traditional annual event was interrupted after 2019 due to the pandemic. Columbus AYLUS members were excited to support the event again in 2022. They are also going to volunteer at the fundraising event with set up, tear down, and other activities.

Volunteer hours for the paper pumpkin crafts:

2 hour: Katie Lu, Emma Yu, Brenna Li

1 hour: Catherine Harman
