Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home #114

On September 4th, Sugar Land Branch continued Stay Fit At Home exercise sessions. We led the participants through a 5 minute stretch and followed with jumping jacks, high knees, and butt kicks for a minute and thirty seconds each. We repeated that set twice. Next we did the four variations of arm circles, doing each variation for a minute each. Our last set included exercises like V ups, push ups, squats, and plank jacks. We alternated between these exercises and repeated the set thrice. The session lasted 40 minutes. Participating member was Isabella Wu.
