Chapel Hill Branch Participates in Big Sweep at Lake Crabtree on April 9, 2022

On April 9th, five members of the AYLUS Chapel Hill branch participated in a spring sweep at Lake Crabtree. Altogether, our members filled six bags. Among the six bags were four that consisted of trash and two that held recyclable objects such as plastic bottles. The activity started at 9 am and ended at 12 pm, taking three hours to complete. The members of the AYLUS Chapel Hill branch left the activity happy with their service to the community, and we hope to continue to serve and better the community.

 

The volunteers who participated in this event were:

Ethan Li (3 hours), Christopher Wu (3 hours), Kathryne Hong (3 hours), Luna Chen (3 hours) and Alyssa Fan (3 hours).
