On October 29, 2021, volunteers from the AYLUS Irvine Branch teamed up with AYLUS New York City to initiate another tutoring session with students from all over the United States. They primarily focused on English and Writing homework help. Annie Lee from the Irvine branch meticulously helped the kids every step of the way.
Annie: We continued answering creative writing prompts and reflecting on grammatical errors. We went over chapter 6 of Holes today as well.
We started by correcting their writing pieces in response to the week’s prompt, and then covered chapters 7-12 of Holes.
