Sugar Land Branch Begins Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#104)

On October 6th, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit at Home Exercise sessions. Instructors started with a short 5 min stretch and warm up. Next, instructors did a cardio set that consisted of different kinds of jumps and burpees. After that, the instructors led another cardio set where participants did shoulder taps and calf raises. Following this was a series of lunge variations and this ended with an ab strengthening set. Participating AYLUS members were Jialu Liu and Amy Liu. The session lasted 30 minutes.
