Initiated by David Kan, a genius 10th grade student, East Cobb branch started to design volunteer apps. The group is named as Service Enablement, the target is to provide a user-friendly, cost effective, and simple set of features tailed to just handle the routine task for non-profit organization.
David Kan started to do the research and to draft the project plan under the supervision of IT guru on Jul 31 and Aug 1.
