Sugar Land Branch Begins Summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#84) on July 21

On July 21, the Sugar Land Branch continued the summer Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. Instructors began with a warmup of shoulder, neck, and ankle rolls; leg stretches; and arm circles. Next, instructors kicked off the first set with 10 of each: knee jumps, squat jumps, and squats. Then, instructors led participants through a set consisting of leg raises, bicycle, russian twist, and crunches with a 15 second break between each exercise. After a 45 second break, the set was repeated twice. The next set was a leg strengthening set including mountain climbers, plank jack, and shoulder tap. After a break the instructors continued a variety of planks and the session ended with a set of lunge pulses. The session lasted for 30 minutes. AYLUS participants were Charlotte Lin, Isabella Wu, and Nicole Wu.
