On 5/22/2021, NYC branch teamed up with Westchester Park Foundation to clean up the Trail of Honor in Lasdon Park in Katonah, NY, in preparation for the coming parade at this site on the Memorial Day. It was over 90 degrees that day and volunteers worked hard for 3 hours from 10am – 1pm. We removed invasive plants and weeds along the trail and applied mulch to the trees.
Participating volunteers are: Jason Xia, Jerry Xia, Larry Tao, Christine Tao, Sarah Luo, Sophie Luo, Randy Wang, Evan Ke, Alexandra Yao, Kevin Gong, Jianing Zhou and Yucheng Ding.
