Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#74) on May 1

On May 1, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise sessions. AYLUS volunteers began with a warm up of rolling out ankles and stretching out arms, calves, and legs. Next, participants followed leaders in the main set that included arm strengthening and leg strengthening. The set was repeated with a break in between. Moving on to the next set, instructors first introduced a few new exercise movements. Following, instructors lead participants in cardio exercises with a 30 second plank in between a few exercises. The session concluded with a 1 minute plank hold. The session lasted for 30 minutes. AYLUS participants were Nicole Wu and Isabella Wu.
