Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#72) on April 24

On April 24, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. The session began with a short, full body warmup. The rest of the session was composed of 6 different sets, with each set including 4 different exercises. Each set included one of each targeted workout: cardio, arms, legs, and abs. Each round had a 40 sec: 20 sec work to rest ratio. Some exercises included X jumps, bicep curls, pulsing lunges, V ups, etc. The session ended with a minute of wall sit. The session lasted for 30 minutes. Isabella Wu was a participating AYLUS member.
