Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#46) on January 9

On January 9, AYLUS Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. First, instructors led participants through a cardio warm-up including jumping jacks, high knees, and butt kicks. Next, participants followed through alternating 30 seconds of plank and 5 push-ups. The set was repeated with alternating 20 seconds of plank and 5 sit-ups. Following, instructors led participants through an arm-strengthening set with weights. Instructors ended the exercise session with leg raises and a seal stretch. The session lasted for 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members were Isabella Wu and Nicole Wu.
