New York Branch Removed Litter at Silver Lake Preserve on November 21, 2020

On November 21, 2020, from 11am to 1pm, at Silver Lake Preserve, the New York Branch removed litter composed of broken glass and plastic bottles. This is important because glass and plastic detract from the natural beauty of the park and injure the wildlife there. The garbage was not weighed, but there is a photo above.

The volunteers that participated were Thomas Cong, Timothy Wang, Jason Xia, Jerry Xia.
