There was a new online lesson had been established by Alvin Zhou at Sugar Land Branch Junior Support Program, the Intensive Reading, It was targeting 4th-5th graders, and detail of numerous of books would be talked as a 6-8 person group. The first four books those we will discuss are Refugee by Alan Gratz, Wonder by R.J. Palacio, Once by Morris Gleitzman and Prince Caspian from The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.
Alvin hosted Lesson 9-10 on 11/2 and 11/9, and we finished intensive reading for Prince Caspian from The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.
We took a break for the Thanks Giving week and new section of intensive reading will start on 11/30/2020. In this section we will read Restart by Gordon Korman, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, Projekt 1065 by Alan Gratz and Prisoner B-3087 by Alan Gratz. Since the class on 11/30 will be start of new section, we will include it in the report of December.
