Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#27) on October 10

On October 10, Sugar Land Branch Continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home program. The session aimed to help participants work on their full body. Instructors led participants through an arm stretch and warm-up. Next, Isabella demonstrated cardio movements including burpees, high knees, and jumping jacks. Following, Nicole led participants through exercises that strengthen core muscles such as V-ups and plank holds. Lastly, participants worked on strengthening their leg muscles and ankle strength. The session lasted for 30 minutes. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
