Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#21) on September 19

On September 19, Sugar Land Branch continued the  Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. The 30 minute session consisted of an ab workout with 6 different movements and an exercise set consisting of alterations between pushups and plank holds. At the end, participants did a 1 minute wall sit to test their leg strength. There were 14 participants in the September 19 Session. Participating members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
