Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#15) on August 29, 2020

On August 29, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. AYLUS members led participants through alternate supermans and superman movements to warm up arms and legs. Participants used weights, backpacks, or books to practice bicep curls and shoulder raises. Next, they followed instructors in a cardio and ab workout. The session lasted for 30 minutes and had 8 participants.
