Sugar Land Branch Continues Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#13) on August 22, 2020

On August 22, the Sugar Land Branch continued the Fall Stay Fit At Home Exercise Program. Members led participants through leg strengthening exercises including lounges and squats, calf exercises, and arm exercises including plank taps, plank jacks, and bicep curls. At the end of the 30 minute session, participants followed instructors in doing sit ups to the beat of a chosen song. There were 16 participants in this session. Participating AYLUS members were Nicole and Isabella Wu.
