Columbus Branch Volunteered to Distribute Oranges for Fundraising on December 14, 2019

On December 14th, three members (Katie Lu, Erica Shen, and Michelle Zong) from the Columbus AYLUS Branch helped distribute oranges to raise money for the Sino-USA Next Generation Foundation. The Sino-USA Next Generation Foundation is a foundation dedicated to the support of low-income students in rural China in order for them to earn an education that wouldn’t have been available to them otherwise. Our members worked at a distribution center for the oranges: checking off orders, collecting money, and helping carry the crates to our customers. Each member worked a shift of two hours, but it didn’t feel that long. Everyone had a great time and was happy to raise money for this amazing cause.
