On July Fourth, members of the Woodlands AYLUS Branch (Rachel Xing, Hannah Zhang, Kathryn Labbe, Daniyaal Qazi, and Alena Tas) volunteered at the Red Hot and Ble Festival. They picked up trash around Northshore Park and put them in the correct bin. They also monitored waste stations and educated people on what to recycle or put in the trash.
The team worked from 5 pm to 7:45 pm and were happy to clean up the local park and help the environment. Reported by Rachel Xing. The Woodlands Branch, July 4th, 2019.
