On September 7th, 2018, students from the San Diego Branch of AYLUS organized and participated in the 43rd Computer for Kids Lab, repairing and cleaning electronic devices in order to prepare them to send to children of low-income families. This helps the kids achieve academic success through possible access to technology.
The participants did the following:

36 Monitors Test and Cleaned
So far, the San Diego branch students have accomplished the following since the first Computer for Kids Lab of this year:
- Diagnosed, repaired, tested, or sleeved 3,885 notebooks/netbooks/laptops/tablets/desktops
- Tested and repaired 203 LCD monitors
- Diagnosed, tested, wiped, counted, and cloned 3,344 hard drives
- Wrapped, folded, sorted, and packed 9,560 mice/keyboards/power cords/adaptors/batteries
- Tested and Bagged 125 Speakers
The following volunteers participated: Jonathan Backues, Chengda Li, Chengming Li, William Sun, Joshua Trost, Emily Wang, Kevin Wang, Michael Wang, Gary Wu, Kyne Xie, and Eric Xu.
The AYLUS San Diego Committee organized the 43rd Computer for Kids Lab.
