Report: On Saturday, September 1st, the AYLUS Dublin Branch performed from 6-7:30. The students have continued spending the last half hour playing for residents in the Alzheimer’s/Dementia unit. Brenna, Stanley, Claire, Kevin, Aidan, Alan were on piano, while Joseph, Nicole, Michelle, and Misha were on violin. Amy played viola. Siblings Joseph and Nicole performed two duets. An upcoming event is an Alzheimer’s walk on the 15th. Members can participate to support the Senior Star residents and fund disease research. As scheduled, AYLUS will continue going to the retirement village every two weeks on Saturdays.
